Pittsburgh Police have issued an arrest warrant for Lavaar Peters in connection with the fatal shooting of Donovan Goodwine in Homewood on May 28, 2019.

Peters, 19, of Pittsburgh has been charged with Criminal Homicide.

He is currently being held in Allegheny County Jail on unrelated charges.
