Pittsburgh Police Arrest Two in Connection with October 2, 2022 Attempted Homicide

Pittsburgh Police VCU detectives obtained a search warrant for a vehicle in connection with a shooting that occurred in the 200 block of Wilbur Street on October 2, 2022.

On October 9, the vehicle was located by detectives on Natchez Street in Mount Washington. At around 12:15 p.m. the suspect vehicle fled from Zone 3 officers as they attempted to conduct a traffic stop when they observed the vehicle turn onto the Liberty Bridge. Zone officers and detectives then initiated a vehicle pursuit that was terminated just past the Fox Chapel exit off of Route 28.

Harmar Township Police spotted the vehicle a short time later and conducted a traffic stop where they detained the male driver and male passenger. Pittsburgh Police VCU detectives interviewed the two suspects at police headquarters and they were subsequently arrested.

The driver, 24-year-old Allan Littlejohn, faces charges in relation to the attempted homicide and his role in the vehicle pursuit. Carter Hodges, 21, faces charges for his role in the attempted homicide.

Both Littlejohn and Hodges are being housed in the Allegheny County Jail.
