Police and EMS Respond to Shotspotter Alert in Sheraden

Summary:

Pittsburgh Police responded to a 3-round Shotspotter alert for the 2700 block of Narcissus Avenue around 3:50 p.m.

When Zone 6 officers arrived, they located a juvenile male with multiple gunshot wounds on the 2700 block of Glen Mawr Street.

Police applied two tourniquets prior to the arrival of Pittsburgh EMS.

Medic 10 transported the victim to a local hospital in stable condition.

The investigation is ongoing.
