On Wednesday, November 16, 2022, Pittsburgh Police responded to the 3300 block of E. Carson Street for a vehicle collision.

First responders located two vehicles that had crashed. In one vehicle, there were two males who were transported to the hospital in critical condition. One victim succumbed to his injuries in the hospital. 

In a second vehicle there were two females who were injured and transported to the hospital. They are in stable condition.

Pittsburgh Police Violent Crime Unit detectives and the Collision Investigation Unit are investigating the incident as it involves a pursuit that began outside the city involving multiple outside law enforcement agencies.

Pittsburgh Police were not involved in the pursuit.

The investigation is ongoing.
