Pittsburgh Police Special Victims Unit detectives are asking for the public's help to find a missing juvenile.
Jules Scott, 13, is described as 5'8, 200 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
He was last seen in Knoxville on the afternoon of November 17 wearing a red sweat suit with red New Balance shoes.
