Police Arrest Male After Shots Fired on Banksville Road

Summary:
At around 2:20 p.m., Pittsburgh Police from Zone 6 were called to the 1200 block of Banksville Road following reports of shots fired. Responding units spoke to a male victim who reported an unknown male passed by him in a parking lot and fired at least three shots.
The suspect then went into the nearby Eat ‘N Park where he held two employees and a manager hostage. Police were directed to a back office where they quickly detained him.
Once detained, the victim positively identified the actor and he was arrested.
He faces multiple charges.
Three shell casings and a firearm were recovered. The investigation is ongoing.
