Police Respond for ShotSpotter Alert, Gunshot Victim Located in Knoxville

Summary:
Pittsburgh Police from Zone 3 were dispatched for a ShotSpotter alert in the 900 block of E.Warrington Avenue around 12:30 a.m.
Officers searching the area for possible victims located an 18-year-old male inside a vehicle with a gunshot wound to the back in the 300 block of Moore Avenue. Medics transported the victim to the hospital in stable condition.
There are no arrests at this time.
Violent Crime Unit detectives are investigating.
