Police Respond to Possible Abduction Attempt in Zone 2

Summary:
At approximately 3:51 p.m., police in Zone 2 responded to a report of a possible attempted kidnapping in the 890 block of Reunion Pl.
A juvenile female was walking home when an adult male approached her and spoke to her.
The man then attempted to grab her arm, at which point the juvenile was able to stab the actor with a pen and get away.
The actor left the scene in a vehicle.
All units in Zone 2 were immediately dispatched to the area.
The investigation is very active and ongoing.
As a precaution, additional units will be patrolling the area.
