Police Investigate After One Person Injured in Zone 3 Shooting

Summary:

At approximately 1:06 a.m., Zone 3 units responded to a one-round Shotspotter alert on the 1900 block os St. Paul Street.

Responded officers found a scene including casings nearby, as well as a firearm in the area of Shamokin Street.

A male suffering from a gunshot wound later self-transported to a local hospital in stable condition.

The investigation is ongoing.
