SWAT Responds to Home in Garfield, Man Arrested for Child Luring

Summary:
At approximately 12:25 p.m., SWAT responded to a home in the 100 block of S. Graham Street after Zone 5 officers attempted to arrest Caesar Marc Dechicchis on several felony warrants.
Dechicchis was uncooperative and barricaded himself inside the residence.
Fire, EMS and SWAT were called to respond to the incident.
SWAT utilized verbal hails and chemical munitions, after which Dechicchis surrendered peacefully.
He was arrested and faces multiple charges, including Lure Child into Motor Vehicle and firearms and drug charges.
He was taken to the ACJ.
