Police Investigate Fatal Shooting of Two in Homewood

Summary:

At approximately 11:51 p.m., police in Zone 5 responded to a 15 round Shotspotter alert on the 7700 block of Frankstown Avenue.

Upon arrival, they found two people, a male and female, suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were pronounced deceased at the scene.

The Mobile Crime Unit responded and VCU is investigating.
