Pittsburgh Police from Zone 5 responded to the intersection of Penn Avenue and Centre Avenue at around 1:45 a.m. for an overturned vehicle.

The Collision Investigation Unit is asking for anyone who may have witnessed this crash to come forward with information, particularly the driver of a silver 4-door Chevrolet.
