Police Arrest, Charge One for February Shooting on North Side

Summary:
On April 5, the U.S. Marshall's Western Pa. Fugitive Task Force and Pittsburgh Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit arrested 46-year-old Jermaine Colwell in the 1000 block of Sheffield St. on the Northside.
Colwell was wanted for a shooting in the 900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue on February 28.
He is charged with Criminal Attempt Homicide, Aggravated Assault, Persons Not to Possess a Firearm and Carrying a Firearm Without a License.
He is currently in the Allegheny County Jail.
