Police Investigate Hit and Run, Pedestrian Critically Injured on Carson Street

Summary:
At 2:16 a.m., Zone 3 officers responded to a shots fired call in the area of 12th Street and East Carson.
Upon arrival, they found an adult male that had been run over by a vehicle. The vehicle fled the scene, hitting a parked car near 10th Street and Carson.
EMS transported the victim in critical condition.
Collision Investigation was called to the scene.
The vehicle was later located in Zone 5. One person was taken into custody for questioning.
The investigation is ongoing.
