UPDATE 2: An arrest warrant has been signed for Joseph Betha of Wilkinsburg, PA for his involvement in this fatal hit and run incident.

Betha has been charged with Homicide by Vehicle, Accidents involving Death, Accidents involving Death while not Properly Licensed, Involuntary Manslaughter and several summary violations.

UPDATE: Police have located a vehicle believed to be involved in this incident. They are in the process of obtaining a search warrant.

Original incident details:

Police responded to the intersection of Penn Avenue and Carnegie Place just after 10 p.m. for reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle that did not stay at the scene.

Arriving units located an adult male in traumatic arrest. He was pronounced deceased by medics.

The Collision Investigation Unit is looking for a green Honda minivan with possible front end damage.
