Pittsburgh Police SVU detectives seek the public's assistance to locate a missing senior citizen.
Richard Foreman, 85, was last seen in the 2200 block of Webster Ave. on April 13 at approximately 11 a.m.
He has no known or reported medical conditions, but it is very unusual for him to be away from his home for an extended period of time. He is considered at risk due to his age.
He is known to spend time on Centre Ave, near the Carnegie Library.
If anyone has information regarding his whereabouts, they are asked to call (412) 323-7141 or 9-1-1.
