An arrest warrant has been filed for Jaquan Steadman, 24, of Pittsburgh for his involvement in the April 28, 2023 shooting incident in the 2000 block of Penn Avenue.
Steadman is charged with two counts of Criminal Attempt Homicide, four counts of Aggravated Assault, two counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person, one count of Possession of a Firearm Without a License, and one count of Persons not to Possess a Firearm.
He is currently being held in the Allegheny County Jail on other charges.
