Police Investigate Shooting in N. Oakland

Summary:
On 5/26/23 at 1:37 AM, Pittsburgh Police responded for a call at 307 N. Craig St “ Chiefs Bar” for 2 males that had been shot. One male was laying on the sidewalk at the intersection of N Craig Street and Centre Ave who sustained a gunshot wound to the chest. Officers rendered aid until Medics arrived and transported victim to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Critical condition. He has since been upgraded to stable. Officers discovered a second victim lying face down unresponsive inside Chief's Cafe. Medics pronounced the second victim deceased. VCU responded and will continue to investigate.
