Pittsburgh Police from Zone 1 responded to the 600 block of Brighton Woods Road for a 10 round ShotSpotter alert just before 7:45 p.m.
Police located two adult females on scene with gunshot wounds. Medics transported both victims to the hospital in critical condition.
Witnesses reported some type of altercation before shots were fired.
Police have one male suspect in custody.
Medics also attended to a pregnant female who fell while running away. She refused transport to the hospital.
The Mobile Crime Unit is processing evidence at the scene.
Violent Crime Unit detectives are investigating.
