At approximately 8:15 p.m., Pittsburgh Police from Zone 5 responded to reported threats with a firearm that were made over FaceTime to a victim from a vehicle. 

Officers located the parked suspect vehicle and pursued it after it pulled away at a high rate of speed. It eventually crashed at N.Negley and Margaretta. A juvenile female ran from the vehicle and was apprehended after a short foot pursuit. 

She was transported to the hospital for evaluation pending arrest. 

An officer suffered ankle and wrist injuries during the foot pursuit and was treated at the hospital. 

Three other occupants of the vehicle were questioned and released at the scene. Medics transported two of them to the hospital for complaints of minor pain. 

The vehicle was stolen. 

The investigation is ongoing.
