UPDATE:

Major Crimes detectives and FBI Pittsburgh arrested Dwayne Russell Harvey, 55, on August 14 on the North Side. Harvey was wanted for the Citizens Bank robbery that occurred on August 8, 2023 on Isabella Street. 

This arrest also cleared a second active warrant for Harvey in connection with a Huntington Bank robbery in North Versailles on July 28, 2023.

He is charged with Robbery and Theft By Unlawful Taking.

Harvey was transported to the Allegheny County Jail.

Original incident details:

Pittsburgh Police from Zone 1 responded to 106 Isabella Street for a reported bank robbery just after 12:30 p.m.

A male, believed to be in his late 30s or early 40s, entered the bank and demanded cash from the teller. No weapon was used or seen. The actor received an undisclosed amount of money and was last seen on Sandusky Street headed toward E. Lacock Street. 

Major Crimes Robbery Unit detectives are investigating.
