907 B POSSESSING INSTRUMENTS OF CRIME - POSSESSION OF WEAPON 

2903 A FALSE IMPRISONMENT 

2709 A1 HARASSMENT 

2705 RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING ANOTHER PERSON 

3124.1 SEXUAL ASSAULT 

3125 A1 AGGRAVATED INDECENT ASSAULT

Vance was arrested on a warrant while incarcerated at the Beaver County Jail on unrelated charges.
