Pittsburgh Police from Zone 1 responded to a 12 round ShotSpotter notification in the area of Fleming Ave. and Falck Ave. just before 11 p.m.
Arriving units located a female victim inside a vehicle on Fleming suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Firefighters rendered initial aid until medics arrived and transported the victim to the hospital in very critical condition.
The initial investigation shows one suspect approached the vehicle on foot and fired inside before leaving the area.
Mobile Crime Unit processed evidence at the scene. Violent Crime Unit detectives are investigating.
