Pittsburgh Police are searching for a missing and at risk 14-year-old girl.
Candae Young is 5'5", 120, with long black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen in the afternoon of September 12, 2023 in the area of Bracey Drive in East Hills wearing blue jeans. She has a tattoo on her left arm that reads, "WAYS" in red ink.
