Juveniles Arrested in McKeesport Following Armed Carjacking in the Hill District

Just before 2 a.m. on September 23, 2023, Pittsburgh Police from Zone 2 were dispatched to the 2100 block of Webster Avenue for a reported carjacking.
A female victim stated she was parked on the street when she noticed a group of seven to eight juveniles walking towards her. She says two of them pulled out firearms, pointed them at her, and forced her out of her Jeep Grand Cherokee. They threw her wallet out the window and fled outbound on Webster Avenue.
The victim was not injured.
Just after 4 a.m., McKeesport Police located the stolen vehicle and pursued it. The vehicle eventually crashed and the two juvenile occupants were arrested. Two firearms were also recovered from the vehicle.
