Police Investigate Aggravated Assault in Sheraden

Summary:
Just after 12:35 a.m., Pittsburgh Police from Zone 6 responded to a five-round ShotSpotter notification for the 3000 block of Zephyr Avenue.
Arriving units located an unknown age male down on a sidewalk with a gunshot wound to the right thigh area. Officers rendered first aid and medics transported the victim to the hospital, where he was last listed in stable condition.
The Mobile Crime Unit processed evidence at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
