Police Investigate Homicide in Manchester Neighborhood

Summary:
Just before 4:30 p.m., Pittsburgh Police from Zone 1 were dispatched to Stedman Street at Fontella Street for a male found shot inside a vehicle.
Officers located an adult male victim in the driver's seat suffering from a gunshot wound to the head and left shoulder area. They rendered aid until medics arrived and transported him to the hospital in critical condition. He was pronounced deceased a short time later.
There is no suspect description to release at this time.
Violent Crime Unit detectives are investigating.
