Police Investigate Armed Business Robbery Downtown

Summary:
At approximately 8:30 p.m., Police from Zone 2 responded for an armed robbery at the Rite Aid pharmacy located at 100 Forbes Avenue.
The male actor, who was dressed in all black and wearing a ski mask, threatened staff with a knife and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash from the safe.
No one was injured and the actor fled on foot.
The Mobile Crime Unit processed the scene and Violent Crime Unit detectives are reviewing all available video evidence.
The investigation is ongoing.
