Special Victims Unit detectives are searching for a missing and at risk juvenile male who is in need of medication.
Sh'Kia Ross, 14, is described as 5'9", 150, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen on December 6, 2023 Downtown at 1404 Forbes Avenue.
