Officer Injured in South Side Crash

Summary:

A Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Motorcycle Unit officer was injured in a two-vehicle crash on the South Side Sunday afternoon.

The officer and a vehicle collided near the intersection of East Carson Street and 10th Street around 12:40 p.m.

The officer was admitted to a local hospital in stable condition. The driver of the vehicle was not injured.

Police are investigating.
