Male Rescued After Fall From Cliff

Summary:
Pittsburgh Bureau of Police responded to a 911 call at Federal Street and S. Commons Street just after 9:20 p.m.
Responding officers from Zone 1 officers found a 29-year-old male hanging from a cliff. Officers attempted to hold the victim until Rescue arrived but the male fell approximately 18 to 20 feet to the ground.
The victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition with possible internal injuries and a leg injury.
Police are investigating.
