Summary:
Following work by the Pittsburgh Police Collision Investigation Unit, an arrest warrant has been issued in connection with a fatal collision between a vehicle and a cyclist on October 20, 2019 on Brookline Blvd. at Pioneer Avenue.
Thomas Morton, 23, of Pittsburgh faces multiple charges including: homicide by vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, accidents involving death or injury while not licensed, involuntary manslaughter, and several traffic infractions.
Arrangements have been made for Morton to turn himself in to police.
