Pittsburgh Bureau of Police officers from Zone 4 and EMS responded to reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle in the 5700 block of Pocusset St. just after 5:45 p.m.
When they arrived on scene they found a 14-year-old girl who had attempted to cross the street and was struck by a vehicle.
She suffered injuries to one arm and some bruising.
EMS transported the girl to Children’s Hospital in stable condition.
Police are investigating.
