Pittsburgh Bureau of Police officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert of 7 rounds of gunfire on the 500 block of Sickles Street around 3:35 a.m.
Zone 5 officers found multiple shell casings in front of a home. For the safety and security of the neighborhood, SWAT was called to conduct a search of the area and make contact with residents.
SWAT officers thoroughly searched the area and found no shooters or victims. Police are continuing to investigate.
