Pittsburgh Bureau of Police officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert of multiple shots fired on the 400 block of Mt. Pleasant Road around 12:10 a.m.
Zone 1 officers found an adult male with multiple gunshot wounds. Medics transported the male to a local hospital in critical condition.
The Violent Crime Unit is investigating. Mt. Pleasant Road is closed while detectives process the scene for evidence.
UPDATE: (May 19, 2020 – 10:30 a.m.) Pittsburgh Bureau of Police have arrested Ombrah Lane, 32, from the North Side. Lane is charged with 2 counts of Aggravated Assault, Persons not to Possess a Firearm, Firearms Not to be Carried without a License and Tampering with Evidence.
