Edward Phillips, 44, of Pittsburgh turned himself in to the Warrant Office around 5:30 a.m. on May 27 in connection with an aggravated assault that occurred on the 900 block of Norwich Avenue on May 24, 2020.
Phillips faces multiple charges including: Aggravated Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Persons not to Possess, Carrying a Firearm Without a License, and Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended.
He is currently being held at Allegheny County Jail.
