Pittsburgh Police from Zone 6 responded to reports of a person shot in the 2700 block of Glen Mawr Street at around 2:20 a.m.
When responding officers arrived on scene they observed a male victim with a gunshot wound to the leg. He was conscious and breathing.
He was transported to the hospital by Medic 10 in stable condition.
The Mobile Crime Unit processed the scene.
Police are investigating.
