Pittsburgh Police from Zone 6 responded to a Shotspotter alert for multiple rounds fired in the 3000 block of Glen Mawr Street just after 5 p.m.
When officers arrived on scene they found shell casings in the rear of a residence. Officers made verbal hails for anyone inside the house to come out. Those who did were largely uncooperative with police.
SWAT was called out of an abundance of caution. They conducted a sweep of the residence and confirmed that there were no victims and that no one else was inside.
Witnesses were questioned at the scene. There are no arrests at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
