Pittsburgh Police responded to a Shotspotter alert and 9-1-1 call of a male shot on the 100 block of Alluvian Street around 10:30 a.m.
When Zone 4 officers arrived, they came upon a male with multiple gunshot wounds. Officers applied a tourniquet on the victim until EMS arrived. Medics transported him to a local hospital in stable condition. There were no other victims and the investigation is ongoing.
