Police Respond for Shots Fired, Male Shot in Uptown

Summary:
Pittsburgh Police from Zone 2 responded to a Shotspotter alert for shots fired in the 100 block of Dinwiddie Street just before 3 a.m.
When officers arrived on scene they found a male victim in the street suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
VCU and Homicide detectives are investigating. The Mobile Crime Unit processed the scene.
There are no arrests at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
