Police and EMS Responded To A Male Shot In Point Breeze North

Summary:

Pittsburgh Police and EMS responded to a 9-1-1 call of a male shot on the 7300 block of Penn Avenue around 12:19 p.m.

Responding Zone 4 officers met a male with a gunshot wound to the upper thigh. Police applied a tourniquet to the victim who was conscious and alert. Medics transported the victim to a local hospital in stable condition. There were no suspect descriptions and the investigation is ongoing.
