Pittsburgh Police spotted three males running from them at Atmore Street and Marshall Avenue around 2:30 p.m.
Police noticed the bulges on their hips as they fled. Zone 1 officers were able to detain two of the males, with one being a juvenile carrying a firearm. Officers spotted the third male run into a home on Atmore Street.
SWAT was called out of an abundance of caution. Police conducted a search of the home, and the suspect was not located.
Marshall Avenue was reopened just over an hour later.
The investigation is ongoing.
