Pittsburgh Bureaus of EMS, Police, and Fire responded to a three-vehicle collision at Wood Street and Fifth Avenue downtown before 3:45 p.m.
Six people received injuries, three of them were transported to the hospital by medics. Two children were taken to Children's Hospital and one adult female was transported to Mercy Hospital. All three were in stable condition.
The three other injured parties refused medical attention.
It's believed the cause of the collision was due to a medical condition.
Police are investigating.
