UPDATE: Arrest Warrant Issued for Banksville Road Shooting Suspect

After a two hour standoff, police SWAT negotiators successfully negotiated a surrender by Kevin McClintock in the 1000 block of Saw Mill Run Blvd at 7:20 a.m.

He was taken in custody without incident.

Pittsburgh Police would like to notify the public that an arrest warrant has been issued for Kevin McClintock, 52, from the Allentown area of Pittsburgh. 

McClintock is wanted for the October 2, 2020 shooting that injured two people on Banksville Road around 12:15 p.m. 

He faces two counts of Criminal Attempt Homicide, two counts of Aggravated Assault, Person not to Possess a Firearm, and three counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person. 

McClintock is believed to be driving a silver GMC pickup truck with PA tag ZNE 9902.

If spotted, call 9-1-1 immediately.
