Pittsburgh Bureau of Police detectives seek the public's help in locating homicide suspect, Jalaspian Charles, aka "Jay Bird."
Charles, 32, is wanted in connection with a Monday, May 27, 2019 homicide in the Hill District.
Charles is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and 180 pounds. When last seen on the day of the homicide, the suspect was bald.
