Bill 2025-1425 Ordinance Directing the Allegheny County Board of Elections to place before the qualified voters of the City of Pittsburgh at the 2025 May Primary Election a referendum question, “Shall the Pittsburgh Home Rule Charter, Article One, Home Rule Powers - Definitions, be supplemented by adding a new Section, “105. Local Governance”, by prohibiting the discrimination on the basis of race, religion, national origin or association or affiliation with any nation or foreign state in conducting business of the City?”
Bill 2025-1426 Ordinance Directing the Allegheny County Board of Elections to place before the qualified voters of the City of Pittsburgh at the 2025 May Primary Election a referendum question, "Shall the Pittsburgh Home Rule Charter, Article One, Home Rule Powers - Definitions, be supplemented by adding a new section, “104. Amendments to Charter”, by prohibiting the use of the Home Rule Charter Amendment process to add duties or obligations beyond the lawful scope of the city’s authority."

Bill 2024-1303 Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning Code, Article I, Introduction and Establishment, Section 902.03, Zoning Map, to rezone parcels bounded by Neville Street, Forbes Avenue, S Bellefield Avenue, and Bigelow Boulevard in the North Oakland neighborhood from RM-M, RM-VH (Multi-Unit Residential, Moderate and Very High Density), OPR-B (Oakland Public Realm, Subdistrict B), SP-7 (Specially Planned District 7), UI (Urban Industrial), and H (Hillside) to Urban Center Employment (UC-E) and Urban Center Mixed Use (UC-MU) in the North Oakland neighborhood.
Bill 2024-1343 Resolution approving an Institutional Master Plan Application under the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article II, Chapter 905, Section 905.03.D. to Central Catholic High School, property owner, for the Central Catholic High School campus located along Fifth Avenue and South Neville Street, Parcels 52-J-264 and 52-J-118, zoned “EMI”, Educational Medical Institution, 14th Ward, Council District No. 8.
